Best Plugins (embed PDF, socials feed etc.)

Looking for PDF embed for my portfolio (see CrystalCUBED.com/#portfolio, currently linking to Dropbox doc).
Some options I've already found for PDF:
Powr
Elfsight
And social embed, e.g. Insta feed like Squarespace have.

Any suggestions y'all?
