3 ways to grow a no-code agency.

Tomasz Wesolowski grew his agency from a solo founder to over 200+ in under a decade.

The insights he shared during last week’s NoCode Pros Expert Interview are must-listen to #nocode agency founders or freelancers at any stage.

One reflection I keep coming back to is his response to my question about whether agency founders / freelancers should niche down & productize their service, or scale to a large organization.

“Actually, there are three options. You can also build an agency of less than 30 people and be very happy.

At that level, you don’t have the management challenges of a large organization and also don’t really need that many clients.

You can also stay personally connect to your entire team and be focused on building things, having fun and just hanging out together.

After you grow past 50 people, it’s an entirely different challenge.”

I have heard the same from many others that once you grow to certain stages of your agency its not just sunshine and rainbows, things often get more stressful and difficult.
