  Joe, great work on this. Have been watching RailsDevs updates for sometime. You picked a great niche and good model.
  
  Not sure if are aware of. @csallen mentioned multiple times around picking bigger problems and mentioned about solving issues in hiring space and companies are willing to pay for good devs.

      This one. In one of the comments here, he was talking about solving 'proven problems' and hiring is one of the 'proven problems' as per him.
