Not sure if visual balance is optimal, any thoughts?

Hi all, I'm working with some great people to launch a digital media agency and would like some feedback on this logo image + typographic logo combination.

Both the image and the typographic logo are meant to feel prominent but I'm not sure how to find balance when putting them together.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
