imo experience, MS Teams is being adopted very quickly in big enterprises. Lots of folks in my company (devs mostly) kicked and screamed when management took away slack and made Teams the required tool instead, but little by little they became converts. I personally never liked slack, and now spend most of my day in Teams. One of MS best recent products imo.
