Nextdoor Clone?

Hi.

Forgive me, decided to put this out here today, and see if anyone replies, along with the other posts I did.

Nextdoor dot com, has apparently been around for awhile. (Who knew?). It's basically a social network for neighborhoods. I'm curious, what would it take to "clone" this kind of functionality. I'm assuming the process shouldn't be all that difficult, but overall scalability/security would be issues.

If you're interested in this kind of app, let's talk. I'm willing to fund (small $$) out of my pocket for this process.
