How are you getting on with your 2023 IH goals?

I've set myself personal and business goals this year which I don't always do.

Business-wise, I'm expanding the product range for my fashion company. January was the ideation and basic design stage which has gone really well. February will be getting these mock-ups in front of a small sample of our current customer base to get feedback. It helps that I have a great team of two who are both innovative and pragmatic. If such a thing is possible, haha.

On a personal level, I've wanted to have more me-time this year, as I felt pretty burnt out last year. I've halfway succeeded in this. I'm journaling every day so I can see what has prevented me from achieving this, and typically, it comes down to underestimating how long some tasks take. My goal in February is to organize my day to account for this so then I do have at least 1-hour me-time every day.

What are your goals (business and/or personal) for 2023, and how are you getting on with them?

I am working on my Kody Tools project... goal is to cross 1000+ tools by this year end. Just crossed 360 tools so I really need to speed up the process to achieve my Goal!

I'm a new founder so my goals this year are growing my startup. I'm experimenting with different advertising options right now, paid vs. organic. Won't really know what works best for a few months but the results are interesting so far. Have just met my goal of reaching 100 users within 3 months🚀 so yep, am definitely on track.

Working on UpEmbed, it will be a one-stop video marketing tool.

At the moment, we have 6 month plan for it xD and the rest will be based on them

We started on 1st January 2023. We've planned a beta launch by end of February and a public launch end of March! :D

    Jan - Feb: development phase
Feb - March: refine the product based on the beta feedback
    March: MVP launch
April: further refinements based on the public launch
May: release our first feature after MVP (in-depth analytics)
June: release the second feature after MVP (can't share this but if all goes well it will broaden our horizon in the video marketing space)

    Thats the plan! B)

I wanted to ship more consistently and write more consistently. Today on 20day streak shipping, and 0 day streak writing :(

I am working on my Product and my goal is to cross my product revenue from $1000 to $2000 weekly but through proper tools so that I have time for myself too not just spend whole week on generating product revenue.

As a new IH, my goal is just to make £1000 from any passion project this year. It's not much, but considering I'm starting from 0, I think I'll have my work cut out for me. Having always been interested in following the lives of great people through books, but never attempting to put these lessons into action, this is the year where I really want to become a 'doer' instead of a bystander.

My personal goals are somewhat aligned; I am learning JS on the side to give me options for a career change/ freelance work in the future. Travel has always been a huge passion of mine and I envy the remote aspect these types of jobs offer. Recently, having been tied to a single city with long commute times and growing rent prices, I've got so much more reason to aim for these goals!

Planning to get $2k month by the middle of this year for my SaaS. I haven't made much movement in sales yet but I think I'm building some really good foundations for growth in the next 2 months.

    ~4% of the way there

My goal is to bring annual revenue for my media studio to $300,000
Goal for Jan was $10,000 revenue
    Currently at $13,000 for Jan

February seems like it's going to be much harder because we'll be going through the process of taking our current clients and switching them to our new subscription-based pricing. This will help stabilize our revenue plus let us know how many more customers we truly need in order to reach our goal by the end of the year.

Right now I'm personally not worried about Q1 but growing our revenue over Q2 and Q3 looks like it'll be hard.

Quick note: Dec 2022 was our best month on our record at about $25,000-$30,000

Additional note: Our back up goal if we don't hit the $300k is to have at least $20,000 in MRR by the end of the year.

Ujjain kaal sarp dosh puja is a powerful ritual that can help to get rid of these negative effects. The puja involves chanting of mantras, performing certain rituals and offering a special havan. The puja helps to pacify the malefic effects of Kaal Sarp Dosh and also strengthens the positive planetary energies in one’s horoscope. It helps to bring back good luck and prosperity in life.

Great question. I run a small podcast, and my goal was to get a semi-famous person as a guest, someone who I've been a big fan of for a while. I actually got a response from him, or maybe it's his admin team, but it seemed personal rather than a generic reply so I don't really mind. The answer was a polite no, but rather than be disappointed by not achieving my goal, I'm proud I had the courage to reach out to someone who inspires me, and am humbled that I even got a response. So it's a win even if it's not a win.
