Best Examples of User-Aligned Business Models

Hello all,

I recently reflected on why I like BeReal as a service and then realized part of it was likely because they have yet to monetize their service. Similarly, I have run into this with several different services that I love but slowly start to loathe because of how the company changes as its incentives alter. I'm currently building a community where I want to have the magic of these services I love/loved, but I also want to make a living running this community.
