As part of my interest in community building, I'm slowly soaking up what I can from and about Barack Obama.

And this PodClub is meant to be about taking notes and talking about all kinds of podcasts asynchronously.

My notes on this are brief, but maybe interesting to someone! I hope in time to bring do better!

• Constantly strive for better decisions rather than perfect ones.
• Your goal is to avoid the real bad decisions. Grimacing face

To belong, first find belonging to yourself. It’s scary and lonely at first.

Listen to people and their stories to find what they care about.
Leading is not about doing all the talking and telling people what to do.
It’s about listening and then finding ways to help empower them.
