Roast my idea - A tool for building all kind of boards without code

Hey everyone, I am gathering feedback about the tool I am working on, so posting here as you guys will be the main target audience. I am just going to go to the bulk of the work and skip boring stuff.
The tool is a board builder. You will basically create your Entity and then add fields to it. Once you are done, you will be able to pick a template and publish your board, so your customers can add records of that Entity.

How you will manage the board?
You will have an admin panel that will let you add new records, modify existing ones, etc

What is going to be available for customers to use?
Customers will enter the site and immediately see a records list with a big search bar in the middle. If they use the search bar or try to filter records , they will be redirected to a records listing that will have filters on the side, to keep refining their search.

How customers are going to publish records?
Customers will be able to sign in, and then go to a record creation page.

How you will earn money?
There will be different paywalls. You will be able to paywall the entire listing, the creation page (therefore charging users for creating records) or paywall specific records. Another option is to charge whenever the customer wants to contact the record creator.

What use cases are available?
So I think this kind of tool would be suitable to build virtually anything that can be presented in a website. Job boards, property listings, Car listings, etc. I thought on this idea by trying to build something for myself, which would be a freight forwarder, something like an Uber for trucks

Do I need to code?
It depends, if you use a template available on the site, then no. If you want further customizations, I am currently using Liquid (from Shopify) to give users the ability of coding a template themselves, but I am planning, for first users, to just migrate or code or adapt whatever you want by myself.
