Celebrating an idea won’t get you too far

Not to mention the chance of reaching investment goals. You not only need to execute an idea, create a company culture, and achieve real numbers.

There are so many underlying fundraising procedures. Especially the cap table, terms sheet, liquidation preference, etc.

Sounds strange?

Because we did not get this knowledge from school. It must be driven by your experience. If you are lucky to be able to work with a mentor or part of a tier-1 accelerator program. You may be ahead of many startups.

However, not everyone has access to credible networks or domain knowledge to achieve investment goals.

I know this is an itchy pain because I have failed many times before. Therefore, I created a little project to help early founders reduce risk, speed up learning, and acquire appropriate knowledge. Hope you find this helpful!

Would love to hear your story now!

While I don't fit into the target market of Ventureslist, loved the layout and legibility of the site!

Hi @timzflowers - thanks for commenting. We actually included a FAQ to address the reason why we showcase APAC only. You can find it at the bottom

You're welcome. Appreciate your patience. Although I didn't incl. the info on my side project.

But in my full-time role, we're investing startups across Asia and Europe. And we've established a good amount of syndications. What is your current objective? @timzflowers
