Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, has proposed yet another plan to resurrect the faltering Terra (LUNA) blockchain.

In a recent discussion, most didn't think Terra could come back. Turns out Do Kwon is gonna try. They're going to scrap TerraUSD and rebuild. I, for one, will not be investing.
