One year of payed Subscription

One year ago i made the switch to charge for my Auto Swiper Extension and i did not expect to make any money out of it.

As always when you switch from free to payed you get some customers who don't like it and you will hear some nasty words. But the overall feedback was good and so i got my first 41 subscribers.

The next few months this number has rise and i updated the extension with bugfixes and new features requested from my customers. From the beginning i always asked my customers if they have any feature they are missing and so i gathered a lot of feedback.

Mid October i got my first problems with the Payment System i was using since it only allowed to activate the extension for 10 times per account. Since i also wanted to support more subscription plans and 3 months and annually subscription i started to program my own Subscription Backend.

During the winter i was also hard at work to bring my Auto Swiper Extension to Apple Safari and Firefox to extend the possibilities for my customers to use it. With the Apple Eco System i got into another world and with that some Problems. The subscription System i was using had no support for it and was / is also not able to bring support for it. But with now more and more users on Mobile and Apple Systems i did not wanted to miss out. So i looked into the development of my System that i can also make it available for Apple.

After many delays (disconnection from the old subscription system) i was able to switch to my new system on the easter weekend. As always i was scared if it will work out or if there will be chaos and death. But i got just some miner problems and my customers where able to login into my new system and also some new customers found there way to subscribe to the new plans. To my active customers i offered a coupon code to switch to a new subscription plan then with the new system i also raised the prices and split my subscription plans from one into three where i have offers for normal customers and also agencies who need more active instances of my auto swiper.

My MMR has now raised from around 1300.- to 1700.- and will hopefully rise a bit more so im able to reduce my normal work to have one dedicated day for just the extension because there are still many things i want to implement and make better.
