Images on the homepage show very late

This is a page of my website. https://opaatct.com/in-home-personal-care-assistant-ct Its speed is optimized for mobile and desktop. On desktop its speed is 91 and on mobile its speed is 84 but the images on the page are not loading. These load very late. What could be the issue?
