Nice to hear that you are in Denver. I think getting access to the Techstars and Techstars community network will be a good way to find talent and potentially capital.

I assume this is your first fundraising, and I suggest you start reading the following resources:
- Venture Deals written by Brad Feld
- Crunchbase (I read everyday to understand funding trends and VCs appetite)
I hope you will find my investment library useful too. Otherwise the 2 resources above are good enough :)
