Is it possible to promote others youtube video?

Hi indiehackers,
so I was ideating on a win win situation to pitch my app promotion idea to YouTubers & one of my idea was to spend a argreed budget on promoting the video about the made about my product on their channel.
The youtuber gets more view and subscribers which stay even for other video if the channel is good.
My product get more exposure and I don't mind spending more than what I would normally pay as sponsor as it would have higher ROI.

the big question however ,is it possible ?Can I directly promote others youtube video ?
