This is cool, I would use it as a busy professional who buys a investment properties every year on the side. Helpful to me if you scraped FB marketplace and craigslist for rental comps and stacked it against the property address. Also getting the current mortgage rates and allowing me to calculate cash on cash return based on input parameters. Bringing in the zillow historical home price chart would be nice. Signed up for beta. Feel free to reach out if you wanna collab more
