    Interesting article for anyone who has considered building a Twitter app.

    Twitter is doing a test where they'll promote 3rd-party apps at relevant moments. It's part of an effort to rebuild relationships with their developer community, and it seems like it might be indicative of new opportunities for developers to build on their platform.
