Indie Hackers should show a post's date on the feed

It's hard to judge posts on the homepage feeds because the upvote information isn't enough - one has to know how long the post has been around to get a sense of its performance.

Should I click on a post that has 5 upvotes? Well yes, if the post is < 1h old!

Should I click on a post that has 10 upvotes? Maybe not, if it has been around for two days!
