Need help making payments on VNPay QR

Hi,
I am developping a SaaS which helps language learners generate text-to-speech audio. I need to buy a package on https://vbee.vn/ , and their support staff have recommended I get help from a friend in Vietnam for payment, because only local payment methods are supported. (amount around 200,000 VND, but eventually 2,500,000 VND).
I would transfer the money to you via Paypal or transferwise. I have no problem paying you commission, basically name your price.
This would greatly help me out, thanks in advance.
