Managing the chaos of clients' requests

I've written a blog post on how unstructured clients requests affect freelancers' productivity here

The argument is that requests arrive:
1) from everywhere
2) at any time
3) with a lack of context

This generates constant interruptions and costly back-and-forth exchanges.
