I wrote a book on Building and Managing Distributed Teams (aka Remote)

I've been working remotely on and off since early 2000s and I've been running distributed teams and whole companies for about 10 years now. During the pandemic I helped a few companies do the transition to remote work and their questions taught me what managers struggle with when going remote. I turned that into a book.

The bulk of the writing is done and the book is being prof-read by some friends since I'm self publishing without the help of any editors, agents, publishers. I'll be offering a big discount to those that sign up for the pre-launch list that you can find here:

    Looked over at the website just now. I think overall I like that there are testimonials and that the CTA to buy is from Amazon (adds legitimatcy and credibility) but I think the general text areas on the website are a bit all over the place and also one of the top navigation links is not working so you'd probably want to look into that.
