How do you track your goals as a creator?

Hey friends.

I recently started my journey as an online creator. I do the following:

1. Posting on twitter
2. Posting on Youtube
3. Growing my Newsletter
4. Releasing info and community products

I've found a lot of goal tracking tools, but I was wondering if there's one specifically for creators.

Say my goal for the year is grow my Youtube channel to 5k subscribers, or 50k views.

What if a goal tracking tool connected to my youtube and automatically showed me my progress ?

Sent me reminder emails, celebratory emails, etc.

I'm not sure this exists out there, but is this something you'd use as a creator trying to grow an audience online ?
