What does Open Source mean to you?

I’ve been coding for a few months now. I’m really considering building an open source platform. That said, to me , open source allows for more collaboration, customization, and freedom.

I’m curious to know what open source means to you, and why you would or would not prefer to use open source platforms.

Let me know!

What is your biggest reason for using open source platforms?
  1. Customization
  2. Cost Savings
  3. Collaboration
  4. Transparency / Data Ownership
