How to capture email addresses on Insta

Hi all,

I'm interested in capturing email addresses on Insta and would love some thoughts on how to best go about this.

Ideally I would like a one click link where a user is asked to give permission to me to obtain there basic account info. Based on the API that Instagram have, is this even possible? From what I have looked at, it seems quite limited but I'm no expert in the subject.
