COVID19 - Social Media App

I hope you are all doing well during these weird times. I just wanted to pop in here to see if any of you would be interested in checking out the app I launched!

The name of the app is Clava and we have a MASSIVE opportunity to help people during COVID19.

For those who don't know Clava's goal is to allow people to feel more connected to their surrounding area. When you open Clava you're greeted by. a map of your current location, on this map there will be location-based chatrooms that users and businesses have created. When users join these chatrooms they have the chance to start chatting with people/businesses in that specific location. It's a great way to meet new people during Quartine.

Clava also sends users Local Announcements, these announcements related. to promotions, discounts, specials, and more from local companies in their community. When you tap an announcement you will be sent into that brand's chatroom to learn more about what they're promoting.

I'm sure this all sounds great, but here's what I'm really looking to do with Clava.

Imagine if we had our users create chatrooms for their local grocery stores. When a user physically goes to their local grocery store they can upload pictures inside that store's chatroom showing what that store does and doesn't have in stock. This would allow users in that surroundings store location to get real-time updates on its supply levels.

We're actively looking to partner up with grocery stores so that we can create local announcements for them. These announcements could relate to any type of supplies that a store restocks on. Since our Local Announcements are location-focused any Clava user that is in the location of where this Local Announcement is located will collect that announcement. This will make things easier on the grocery stores when it comes to communicating to each of their stores surrounding communities and it will help people discover what a store near them does/doesn't have in stock.

I'm trying to create a marketplace that combines businesses & consumers and help bridge the gap of communication between both audiences.
