Automated Branding Products For Startups & Small Business?

Hey guys!

I've been looking for a product that will help me create an initial brand for my new business idea. I have minimal budget so using a designer's not an option. I've been using Canva, which has heaps of great designs, but I would have to upgrade to the Pro Plan to get some of the features I need.

I recently came across a product called Brandsynth (I think it's fairly new) that seems to do most of the things I need (and seems to be much more affordable) but works quite differently to Canva. Are any of you guys familiar with this product, or do you have any other suggestions for branding products that may be worth checking out?

Is there such a thing as "initial branding"? I hate to say this but branding is massively important, overlooked, and grossly underrated. Your logo, company name, web address and tag line are crazy important. They can make people take you serious or dismiss you before they even read the first sentence on your website or look at your app. If you want a place holder use a giant black X with the words "here's my tagline" under it just so you can take up space on your site but never go out the door with something you plan to replace after first contact with the public. Just my two cents. even if you cant build a logo you can conceive of one and let people on fiverr take. shot at it. it just cant be considered an afterthought.

Brandsynth looks like a very interesting product to keep an eye out for.

I've used a few logo generators that do a similar thing, where they put your logo onto a few business cards, letterheads etc, but they weren't so much a brand 'management' platform.

I've tried to manage my brand on Canva before... Never again

Sounds like all you need right now are basic brand assets, which as long as you have your brand purpose / mission set out can easily be evolved and updated as you go. If it would be helpful, I'd be more than happy to have a quick chat with you to see if I can help you work out where to focus your time (and therefore budget) right now. Pop me an email if you're interested! It's on my profile :) Best of luck!
