Feedback for Localeyes - discover and share local gems

Hi IH,

I'm looking for feedback for an app I'm building

The problem:

Google Maps lets you make and share lists but it's a lot of manual data entry. My wife and I share these lists all the time with our friends who also travel. But it's a lot of work.

The solution:

A site that integrates your Google Maps lists, adds tags to each place making it easy to search, sort and filter based off city, coffee, bar, tourist attraction, etc... So you can curate new lists for friends based off their interests super fast.

Check it out here: https://localeyes.cc and let me know what you think.

It doesn't really seem ready for feedback yet as it is just a landing page with 3 bullets, which doesn't really relate to a problem or show a solution, it just kind of assumes they know everything already.
From reading it, it doesn't seem clearly differentiated from googlemap lists and it shows me nothing remarkable I can do (I know this isn't the case from your description above).
Shouldn't it be more like... don't you hate the amount of effort involved in making and sharing google maps lists... bam - here is the solution in your face... video or sequence edited to do it in x steps... our purple cow.. tell your friends.
If they don't hate the amount of effort involved in making and sharing googlemaps they probably aren't your niche anyhoo, so nothing lost.
and people who create lists and share them with other people who regularly create lists and share those sounds like you could get some network growth effects... assuming enough of these people do exist.
    From a user perspective:
When I do stuff like that I do it once every year or so in a feat of enthusiasm, so the effort doesn't really bother me. To be honest, if I was doing it regularly I also wouldn't pay to do it, as it earns me no revenue itself - it would only be if if it benefited a business I had.

This feels like something that would benefit from progressive disclosure of pricing. I can see people being turned off if you say this isn't free from the start, but I can see those same people being willing to pay a small amount if they already are getting value from your product and then you offer a little more functionality behind a pay wall. Not sure if subscription is right here though, one-time payment for one-time travel sounds right to me.

To be honest. I don't really get what the product does when I arrive on the landing page.
See if you can simplify the wording

Who do you expect to pay? What's the business module? Is the focus between friends only or public lists would get competed to spam $$
