My list of free Python books ended up on the Hacker News home and went viral, getting 15K views and jumping to 700 stars and 80 forks in a day.

    There are a couple of takeaways here.

    The first is curation is still an important creative endeavour. The other takeaway is it feels magical to create something others value so much. I even made $12 from two generous users who donated with Buy Me A Coffee.
