Google Ads

Hi,
I'm spending a little money on google ads, but I've always found the google console confusing and a pain to deal with. Therefore is there any third party websites which I can sign up for which allows me to place and manage the Google ads? I've seen some online, but they are very expensive. Therefore are there any lower-cost solutions out there?
