So there's TONS of articles and guides on how to send cold emails, get replies, all that good stuff.
But there's very few about taking that positive reply from a prospect to the next step and actually booking a meeting!

Just coming across this (searching for sales advice on Indiehackers), great tips here.
I've always hated cold email and have neglected to get started, but I realize in the early stage (and probably even later stages as well) it's a necessary step to take to get some sales momentum going. Will let you know how these work out!

It's a tough one! All comes down to the perfect offer for the best ideal customer, truly targeting pain points and solving big problems (with a track record).
