How do I get started with Clubhouse?

I'm definitely not keeping up with these digital trends guys.
I'm keen to talk to people on Clubhouse but have very little idea of where to start.

Downloading the app could be a good start ;)

Any advice for a clubhouse noob? I want to be part of the club.
