How do you build trust?

This spring I left Google to try and scratch my own itch. I need to answer: what are the companies we work for, buy from and invest in doing to be ethical?
This is the core question many of us have when we want to know things like how a company treats its workers and their families, how they build inclusion, how they affect the environment, how are they supporting Ukraine, how do they manage customer privacy and use AI.
These are questions your customers have when you ask for their trust.
