How to Create a Sales Prospecting Strategy That Works Wonders

“Strategy” is the buzzword that teams just can’t let go of. It isn’t a novel concept, but it always makes one sound serious. I could say that ”I have a strategy for cutting these potatoes into perfect wedges”, and it’ll automatically make me sound intelligent! 😏

Jokes apart, we all agree that strategy is essential for success. It helps in setting expectations, eliminating vagueness, and ensuring that everyone is moving in the right direction.

Take sales prospecting for example—how does one even begin with it without having clear objectives? Sure, you may have a list of ideas that have worked in the past, but is that all there is to build a healthy sales pipeline?
Prospecting is hard work. But ultimately, it’s extremely rewarding. If you use the right mix of strategies, approaches, and tools, nothing can stop you from achieving your targets! I’ve listed down some of these strategies (not trying to sound smart at all! 😉) here ⬇️

    Hey Neha,

Thanks for sharing. I like the concept of Battle Cards. I've been coming across quite a bit of content these last few weeks regarding objection handling. So can definitely see it's importance. Also, found it interesting that 71% of businesses that utilise them see an increase in sales.
