How To Get Beta Testers

Hi All,

I've been working on a SaaS tool focused on small services businesses and startups to help them manage their business and am looking for beta testers. What's the best approach you've found for a pretty open set of customer to go?

So far I've been working it the old fashioned way and going to local meetups and in person events where there may be other business owners, but I assume there is a better way to get potential users interested in your tools.

I posted a link to my website here for reference. https://dization.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Checked out your website. I found it hard to understand what your project actually did. Took me quite a lot of scrolling to find out what you do. This made me understand:

Dization beleives you deserve the same analytics and insights big companies spend millions on.

So analytics for small businesses it is. But how you do it? That was a lot of text and very far down the page.

Maybe you can find a way to make that easier and faster to understand.

As for finding beta testers, can you find people online who talk about the problem you are trying to solve? Maybe reach out to them.

Thanks for the insight and feedback. I tried to leave analytics out as I wasn't sure if that would turn off folks that may not quite understand what analytics are. Picture your 45 year old lawyers that start a law firm, they still need things like a CRM to communicate with their project tasks and finance, then glean some insights, but I was concerned if I worded the site as an analytics tool they would gloss over and be like that's too complicated for me.

I'll figure out a way to make this clearer.

Good point! One option would be to pull up your landing page on your phone at a local meetup and give it to your target customers. Do they understand what you offer?

Good idea. I'll give that a shot. I got some feedback today on the landing page from some target audience. His main feedback was to make it more personal, it came off too technical at the moment (the word insights threw him off). Looks like I have work to do to not make it technical but still get the message out.

          Thanks for the feedback.
