I want my SaaS users to capture video and upload

My SaaS works with a desktop client. Customers will ask about certain issues and I would like to provide them with an ultra-easy way of capturing a sequence on video and sharing it with me. Does anyone know of a turnkey solution ?
If there isn't a solution which does screen record + upload, maybe let's just start with the screen record part, and i'll ask them to upload to dropbox using the dropbox request feature.
