Is Crypto Dead with the arrival of AI? πŸ’€πŸ€–

Lately, I have heard tons of entrepreneurs and indie hackers saying that crypto projects are no longer profitable and that we should all switch to AI, as it is the trend and what is giving people loads of money.

Well, let me disagree with that. Even though its a fact that joining a new trend or surfing the wave is a very profitable strategy, I believe that right now the AI field is overly saturated. Every single day I am receiving news, articles, ads about thousands of variations of chatGPT or stablediffusion. And who cares? I think 99% of those will die in the making, as this fever will calm down as all previous ones did.

I myself stepped back from this trend, and decided to build a crypto project in one of the "worst timings" (bear market etc) of the crypto industry. Turns out my project is growing daily, getting new customers and probably even on the way to be ramen profitable (aka pay my life expenses). My theory is that right now nobody is shipping crypto projects, and you get a once in a lifetime opportunity to make yourself a spot in this industry.

Do you think Crypto and Web3 are dead?
  1. Yes
  2. No
