Looking for CMO for mental fitness app for flow states

Hi everyone,

in 2018 we started Flow Lab, a mental fitness training app with the vision to help ambitious people to get into flow states more often. By now we've released the app, iterated on it quite a bit and built a paying user base. We're now looking to expand the team and add someone who is focusing full-time on setting up and running our marketing operations. There will be a focus on performance marketing but we are definitely looking for someone with a broad understanding of marketing as well. Brand positioning, organic user acquisition and product strategy will be an important part of this role.
