Hi Aakash, for London there is the Indie London / Indie Beers community by Charlie Ward (search on Twitter).
For Edinburgh, I did find this meetup group on Indie Hackers that organises events on eventbrite. Sorry, I can't post links but just give it a Google and I'm sure you'll find it :)
