I’m a SimpleAnalytics user, but fan of the whole space. Wanted to congratulate you guys on v3. SearchConsole integration is clutch, and GDPR navigation is dench.
Though all this means moving beyond 2-person company, and are working with a data privacy officer, and lawyers… and soon “support staff” (28’). Good luck nudging them to get back to work when they start repping “AntifaRules.com” (or the website who wants to do a “service swap” with you!).
I do believe you wanna be careful about the standards & precedent you’re setting by deleting this episode. I’m gonna email you with encouragement to re-upload it, or provide a better justification.
Appreciate the feedback. Honestly, the biggest emotional “hit” for me was that I felt lied to. There was this company that, outwardly was “a family”, who appeared to really care about treating their employees right, then behind the scenes they’re combative with them, and pushing policies without discussing them internally first. None of it sat well with me. I’m not Mr Cancel Culture/mob, but I definitely feel strongly about cancelling people (from my websites at least) when they feel phony to me.
I appreciate this is hugely subjective but I appreciate you a) listening to the episode and b) sharing your thoughts publicly with me.
