    Start hard so it feels easier later. Interesting idea, shall definitely try.

    I would say tracking the time spent on tasks and marking it down would also help see the work progress and, thus, support productivity with the coming sense of achievement and control.

      Spot on! We need to cultivate self-awareness first of our own work patterns, where does our time go so we can optimize it for focus and efficiency.

      We must first measure our efficiency and then make data-based decisions.
