Remove reported users from my feeds?

Would it be possible to remove reported users from my feeds?

Once I’ve marked a user as low quality or spam (I check their history and see no comments and only link posts), I don’t want to see any of their future posts.

Simply put, they waste my time as I browse through “Newest”.
