A sad situation indeed. Our developer in charge of our website lives in Kyiv, and I was in contact with him last night and he informed me that he has sent his family westward while he himself is staying on in the city for now.
Can't imagine what it will be like for him right now. I had an uncle who fled a war zone with his family some decades ago, including trekking over mountains with his wife and 3 very young kids before reaching the coast and begging for a boat that would take him out. They lived with us for a while after escaping, and the stories were harrowing, and I feel for anyone in the Ukraine who is going through something similar right now.
How many IHers live in Ukraine? What's it like there?
