Tools for a Product with a front end and database (maybe no-code!)

I am looking to build a side project that will have a front end where people can login in and carry out actions and enter data and a backend database. I am looking at how I can do this best and currently researching product such as airtable and notion. My end product would be based off subscriptions to use the product. As I research this im hoping someone can expediate the process for me and give me some pointers in what could work best. Thanks!
