What are the difficulties for getting a job in Web3?

Hey web3 friends, I personally have noticed that the transition from web2 to web3 is not so easy as thought ( even of the high demand) therefore I am building a platform for helping developers to get into web 3 (https://www.newdevsontheblock.com/ ). What is the main pain point you have noticed ? Is an option missing ? Thank you in advance 😊👨‍💻

What is the most difficulty for you to get a job in Web3?
  1. No knowledge
  2. No proof of knowledge
  3. Imposter, am I good enough?
  4. No possibility, only Senior positions available
  5. Afraid of speaking English, if English is not your native lang
  6. I don't want to leave my current position because it's comfortable
