My vote is for Stripe. I've used them in the past and they're easy to integrate and allow you to set up testing before you even have a legal business setup.
I've heard too many horror stories about PayPal to even consider them. Short of it is they freeze/close accounts arbitrarily and that obviously will be a huge hit to your business. Braintree is owned by PayPal, but other than that I have no experience with them.
