New data about the real-time-bidding (RTB) system's use of web users' info suggests Google and others are processing and passing people's data.

Conservatively, 747 times/day in the US and 376 in Europe. The article goes on to name some very real ways that the real-time bidding system/adtech affects us.

    Honestly, I know I should be doing something, but I'm not. Privacy-friendly options just never seem to work as well as, say, Google/Chrome/etc.

    Personally, I use Brave, DDG, and I avoid most social media. If I need to Google something, I do it in incognito. Not sure if this actually helps, though, or if I'm just wasting my time 😅
