The customers mainly come in through word-of-mouth. It are mainly agencies and no-code devs. By not focussing on the lower end of the market anymore, Ab was able to reduce churn. Users that only wanted to pay $10 per month where churning all the time and also requested a lot of support. Ab his advice is focussing on users that want to pay at least $30 per month. Those users are serious about business and scaling…

I've looked at Stripe and they have out-of-the-box payment forms but I don't see an option to just save credit card details without charging.
Is there an easy no-code way of putting up a form for collecting this card info?
Thanks for the help!

But I can’t figure out how to set up the whole thing.
Home page is public, with a link to a checkout page that works with Stripe.
But when I run a test, these users don’t appear in my Users section.
So my question is, do I need to create a Sign up flow? How can I know people signing up are actual paid customers? It doesn't seem that Softr checks that at all.
If I don’t create this, how will these users access the content next time? They are redirected to the paid content after checkout, but it's back to square one next time.
I’m really lost here, so any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

Last month I spoke to multiple users that actively use UiBun and the top feedback from them was that the product was highly underpriced.
I was skeptical about increasing prices while the product was still not fully launched, but I decided to give it a shot by increasing the price to €149 for a week. And to my surprise, I started getting emails from multiple users requesting to provide access to the product at the previous price.
As a result of increasing prices, I now have more interest from the users and also generated new leads. So, I decided to revert the product back to the original price (€49) until Jan 10.
It was a good experiment that led me to understand the users better. I'll keep you posted about my future experiments and strategies with the product.

I learned by building my own projects, which meant I didn’t really know the best ways to structure apps, so as a result my earlier builds like Yep were a bit messy. I would recommend doing some structured courses or bootcamps from the outset to learn the best practices so that when you come to sell an app it’s much easier for you to hand over a well-built, well-documented app. After all, the beauty of no-code is that people who buy our projects will hopefully be able to learn to maintain them themselves!”

]]>JT: There are a lot of people with startup ideas who don’t have (or don’t desire to have) the technical skills needed to build an online business. This is a major barrier to entry.
No code removes this entirely. You can build full-scale SaaS products using tools like Bubble. You can release simpler mobile apps using tools like Glide. Or you can use off-the-shelf platforms like Substack to launch a media business (not really no code I know).
I think what’s so great is the sheer extent of options that people have. Depending on your technical level or the type of business you want to build, you can choose a tool that fits you perfectly.
